We all wish to achieve a level of physical fitness that improves our quality of life as well as our life expectancy. Without understanding a direction to follow with our training efforts, we often waste time and energy inefficiently and fail to see the results that we hope for. This can be very discouraging for our overall physical efforts and cause us to lose motivation along our journey, falling short of our ultimate goals. As someone who really cares about physical health, seeing people stress themselves with workouts or routines without finding results actually pains me and makes me feel the obligation of sharing this “secret” to as many people as I can.
