When William awakens, he finds himself strapped to a bed in what appears to be a hospital room. He’s scared; Gina, his dark and sultry neighbor is blackmailing him and threatening to turn him into a pet, after discovering his dirty little secret.

Help comes from Psychologist, Dr. Payne, who offers to help William with her pioneering Controlled Abuse Therapy. But to help him, she must first break him – physically and mentally. William consents to her therapy and submits to the pleasures, and the fears of the flesh.
