What do you do when your childhood best friend says he's in love with you? Propose a secret relationship, that's what.

Shane Cunningham has been part of my life since he saved me from the elementary school bully. Now he's kissing me out of nowhere. And I like it. A lot.

I used to see him as just Shane. Now he's the man who makes me feel butterflies. And don't get me started on how good he looks in his leather jacket and jeans. Or his police uniform. He even has my breakfast order memorized. It's enough to make this single mom swoon.
