Stress and depression are among the two most common health concerns in today's fast-paced and modern world. As the decades go by, more and more people are finding themselves in workplaces that brew stress and in situations that foster depression. Stress in itself is considered good by many medical professionals-stress keeps an individual alert, motivated, and ready to respond to any kind of threat. People who have faced tough deadlines in work or have actively competed in sports know the positive effects of stress, as it pushes the body to respond better and improve its performance.
