October Junction

Really good narration and nice story, bit predictable but overall message about life is great.

It’s a 3.4 for me. The story line you ll find boring and wasteful but the character development was nice. The waste I felt was time, yearly meets, it’s no convocation or survey meets😅. But somehow writer portrayed a different approach to show how they meet and sticked through the date and time as if they were obliged to it or do so. The ending was predictable and good, as it’s mentioned in the book, if they have not been separated then no one will remember the characters and their stories and you ll never re-read them… we need to have these broken pieces to deal with it, grow around it, without it we can’t be called as experienced.

This was my first Hindi read, thanks to Storytel. The narration was engaging. The story is simple yet would leave a mark.

October Junction is a wonderful tale of Chitra and Sudeep,two people who are separated by space and work but brought together by a particular date every year.Their relationship defies the conventional bonding and conversations of lovers and it make the story quite interesting. The narration of the book by Pooja Ji is the icing on the cake. Didn’t know it ended so soon! Looking forward to more such works by both Divya Prakash Dubey Ji and Pooja Ji.

The story was good and loved Pooja’s narration. The characters were built well and you just get immersed in the story. I would have loved a happy ending but over all a great hearing experience
