What do you need to know about vitamins...
The vitamins are essential nutrients that help release energy from foods within its makeup as well as those consumed to keep the skin, nerves, and red blood cells in constant rejuvenation mode.
Fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins are the two types of vitamin groups.
Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat-soluble vitamins that are commonly found in foods with high fat content.
These can also be found in foods like vegetable oils, nuts, egg yolk, fish oil, whole grains, and dark green leafy vegetables.
Vitamins B, C, and B complex are all water-soluble vitamins. They contain things like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, biotin, and pantothenic acid, which the body needs to do certain things and keep all of its systems running at their best.
However, when taking these vitamins and minerals, exercise caution because some of them do not work well together and for some body systems, they may end up being stored and eventually cause toxic conditions.
This is especially true if other medications are being taken concurrently.
