Beauty Baddies, today’s episode is all about one of my absolute favorite topics. I love vitamins and supplements, along with nutrition, they are the unsung heroes of the beauty industry. This is a multi-part episode and today we are taking a deeper dive into the science behind supplementation and nutrition, honing in on The Essential Nutrients, specifically alpha-Linolenic (LNA) aka omega-3 and Linolenic Acid, (LA) aka omega-6 collectively known as the essential fatty acids.
