On the way, they reached Vrindavan. As they approached the Yamuna River, the sweet sound of a flute captured Rasakhan's heart. There, the beautiful Lord of Vrindavan appeared to him for a moment and disappeared. Wanting to see Him again, Rasakhan fasted for three days, chanting the name of Lord Krishna. On the third night, Lord Krishna appeared and fed Rasakhan with milk rice offered as naivedya. After that, Rasakhan's deep devotion to Lord Krishna became widely known.
