The Hope of Salvation

Today, many churches teach that once a person believes and trusts in Jesus Christ, their Salvation is assured. They can know with certainty that they will go to heaven no matter what. The churches further teach that the individual has no part to play in their salvation. God does it all. These teachings are not Biblical. The Bible teaches that no person can know their ultimate destiny. The best one can do is to live a life of demonstrated faith and hope they will make it to heaven. Indeed, a person does have a part to play in their destiny, and by their choices they can stay on the pathway that leads to salvation or they can depart from it.

This book clarifies the Biblical path to Salvation, articulates a Biblical argument that refutes the “assurance of salvation” doctrine and reveals the spiritual dangers that are produced by this teaching.
