Shaughna Phillips and Holly Connolly had babies at almost exactly the same time and in Oh, Baby they share the ups and downs of being new mums. They're best mates but doing things a bit differently: Shaughna, who you'll know from Love island, is unexpectedly a single mum and Holly, a make-up artist and fertility campaigner is raising her daughter with her husband, who's not a first time Dad. 2. 'Every day is an oh no moment'

The new mums share their very different birth stories in all their gory detail. Shaughna tells us what her cheeky doctor said to her while her legs were in stirrups. Holly admits she prepared for her elective caesarean with a spray tan and extensions. We find out how Shaughna is coping with life as a single mum and Holly says, sometimes, she can’t actually believe her husband has been a dad before. This week Holly and Shaughna are joined by therapist, author and mum, Anna Mathur. Anna offers some advice for the new mums and their mental health battles. Holly gets some tips for asking your spouse for help. And Anna helps Shaughna deal with body image difficulties after giving birth.
