It's a sad situation to be in, but if love was there in its full force this would not have happened. It is imperative to live your own life and break free from the shackles of selfish and narrow stupidity.

Love is that essential ingredient that makes life worth living, it seeps into every corner of our lives and where real love is evil can't be there. Where love has the upper hand devious and cruel existences can't survive, happiness is the only thought that survives. 

Evil religions have conditional love hence they are evil. But real religions walk the "love walk". Whether you believe or not you need love to survive and enjoy life the best you can otherwise it will leave that empty feeling in the pit of your stomach.

It is important to feel fulfilled. Being fulfilled is not the same as everything being OK, it's a feeling that whatever you are doing whether it is voluntary work, making your business grow, being a mom, whatever is giving you a feeling of purpose. 

It is different things to different people, but whatever it is we need to feel that there is something in life that has a value that resonates well within, even if it is just for ourselves.

Fulfilment in Life

There are some excellent traits in the Asian culture yet at the same time when they were first originated the world was a different place. Some cultural aspects have not moved on and their outmoded, selfish, thoughtless ways are still inflicted or demanded by loveless parents that want their own way and try and use lies and emotional blackmail to get whatever they want. 

Similarly the use of "my culture" and "my religion" is used as if these two things are paramount to life, they are not and many have found out that both can be as two faced and as derisive and underhand and as selfishly used by parents and family to subvert offspring and others into again getting their own way... It causes untold heartache and stress and anxiety amongst the children and induces much backbiting and squabbling too.

 Family feuds have arisen purely over selfish domination nothing more - so where does love come into all of this? You were brought into this world free, let it remain so, others have no control over you unless you give it to them.

Spirituality is brandished about today as an almost surrogate stance for God. For people that have a foot in both camps - just in case. When they don't want to commit to a religion it is fashionable to say "I'm Spiritual" or worse still "I believe in the Universe" whatever that means.

 But spirituality isn't what most people think it is and it is definitely nothing to do with "New Age" stuff in fact nothing is. New Age is for the lost and bewildered. This audio-book tells about Spirituality and what it means.

Suppose life had no barriers what would you do? Well life hasn't any barriers unless you are in prison, so why aren't you doing it? There is much made about death / bereavement, but there shouldn't be because whatever you do or don't do after the death of someone, no matter how close, it is not going to make any difference whatsoever. 

Nor does a demonstration of opulence and grandeur show any more love than a single bunch of flowers, other than appease your own ego. Turning up to a funeral of someone who you haven't seen for years is hypocritical unless you are a celebrity and then its justified exposure. 

Life is for the living not the dead, that will come to us all eventually. The pomp that religions dress up services with is rubbish, if you are drowned at sea or eaten by a lion does that mean that God wont know? Of course it doesn't. And if you are an atheist then who cares you're a mistake anyway so you've gone back to bone meal for tomorrow's flowers.

Bereavement

Many people go "Through Hell" in their lives, it is not pleasant and can take its toll on the mind and body and life in general.

 However the good news everyone comes out of it, and it is understanding what "hell" is that can help you both overcome and keep you stable throughout, even if at times you think you could just give in to it all. The saying "when you are going through hell - just keep going" is so true.

Attitude is everything. People will view us, judge us, accept us, reject us, help us, keep away from us, want us as friends, want to steer clear of us just based upon our attitude. Our Attitude is a culmination of who we are, it's in fact part of our "Shop Window" it also reflects us as people, so if it is shoddy then that is how people will see you. 

Don't forget other people have a life which predominantly doesn't include you, so if you want others to help you or befriend them then if you give off the wrong signals then you have from the first moment lost the opportunity.

Our emotions enhance our life walk, we have love, joy, happiness, pleasure, kindness, and all that makes life worthy of what it is. If we ever let our emotions take over then we lose the ability to reason and see the bigger picture which is what happens in some cultures and religions where their brain almost shuts down. 

Wisdom, understanding and compassion go a long way to seeing what is right in the middle of turmoil. There are those that don't engage brain and go into a panic as a defense against having to think and those which look at a situation knowing that if they let go of their feelings they would never find a solution or a way out. We must at all times never allow our negative emotions to take any place in our thoughts otherwise we will end up in a worse place that we ever anticipated, they never do us any good and never find a home in good people. 

You do have a choice in life as to how you think as your emotions come from the same place, use wisely.

Love is that element in life that we need to make it wholesome and full of meaning. We need to love and be loved, for if we are not we have a void within us that won't ever be quenched. Even if one chooses to be single there is usually a significant few that make it all worthwhile. There are many aspects of love as it literally consumes all areas of our life especially when we are under pressure or feeling low. Love is a healing, comforting, stabilizing presence within us. 

Where love is evil isn't and where love is we feel more of the hope and ability to endure what we are going through than those who seek to flaunt love for material or selfish reasons. One should never ever overrule love it is there for a purpose and it never runs out. The more love you give to others the more it is replenished.

It is important to value who you are. It is difficult at times when you are in a dark place and life seems to have no viable solutions as to what to do and where to go, but they are there. It's very difficult too in that dark place to have any energy as it seems to be sapped out of you because of the lack of impetus and desire.

Religion is a man made construct, our ethnicity is who we are from a source point of view, colour, creed, mentality, location, etc. It is often intermingled and here lies the problem for many where repression as opposed to freedom is the norm.

Being out of work is no fun, you can't spend on what you want you are tied to where you are and you can't contribute to society. It is also difficult for many as they are faced with people who are there to help but offer little if nothing because they are not capable of seeing themselves what you seek. To them you need a job, full stop, they don't care what and why and that is where it all breaks down. 

There are solutions and opportunities, Governments have targets and that's it they don't care whether you are happy or not as long as you fill a target place so the journey can be lonely. But you can do it and with a good attitude you can make it too.
