Improvers Yoga Vol.3 is a sixty-five-minute class that has been devised specifically for those wishing to move on from a beginner-level practice.
The class continues the Yoga2Hear Improvers Yoga series by advancing some of the postures featured in the Vol.1 & 2 classes. Vol.3 introduces new, stronger postures essential to those looking to increase ability and deepen their practice.
As with the other classes in the series, Improvers Yoga Vol.3 starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the session. The class instructs 24 postures including The Bow and the Equestrian Pose and advanced variations of both Downward Facing Dog and Plank before concluding with a longer guided relaxation. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition combined with a relaxing background music track which sets the perfect mood and pace. The class is accompanied by a free visual reference PDF guide book that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured. Improvers Yoga Vol.3 is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world since 1995. Sue has developed a method of clearly instructing yoga specifically for audio classes and recorded this class in a professional recording studio.
