After several years struggling through women’s health issues, Claire underwent a full hysterectomy. Following the procedure, she continued to experience gynae and perimenopausal issues. After seeking medical advice and receiving physiotherapy, and support from friends and family, Claire believed that more needed to be done to raise awareness on the impact of menopause.
