Speedy Little Taxi

The Speedy Little Taxi was always the first one on the scene of any emergency. He beat the police and fire departments every time. The fire chief was particularly upset by this and finally came up with an idea. He purchases the Speedy Little Taxi and paints it red. Now he is always the first one on the scene of any emergency.
