Yesterday, Delhi Police commissioner Rakesh Asthana said that 23 people were arrested in this regard. There are two prime accused in this case. Sonu Sheikh and Ansar Sheikh. Police said Both of the accused are West Bengal natives who now reside in the national capital. Now, since the violence, political parties are blaming each other.
