According to a latest report, the issue of unemployment which gets such ;less attention in our polity and policymaking today, can become a major problem in the coming few years if not addressed now. Yes. The report says that India's Demographic dividend will become a liability if the country does not produce enough jobs and required workforce. Incidentally, India is going to add some 183 million people to the working age group of 15-64 years between 2020-50. and I'm saying India is expect to add these number of people to workforce. There are people who are already in the workforce and still unemployed. So you can imagine what is the grave danger that we are headed for, if the report is to be believed.
