Trauma survivors usually have low self-esteem. Traumatic events can range from physical abuse, emotional turmoil and psychological breakdown, etc. Even though they survive through long-standing emotional & physical chaos. There is always a feeling of not being good enough.
The endurance, resilience, and strength form trauma survivors are always under-rated. They always overlook the strengths and lovable qualities of who they truly are. The need of feeling safe is not completely healed. There is always a standby mode to fight.
