#1 We demand truth in nearly every aspect of our lives, but we refuse to accept religious and moral truth. We simply don’t want to be held accountable to any moral standards or religious doctrine.

#2 Truth is not relative, but absolute. It is what corresponds to its object, and it describes an actual state of affairs. Truth is not affected by the attitude of the one professing it.

#3 Truth is absolute, and we can believe everything is true, but we cannot make everything true. We must deal with the modern assertion that there is no truth.

#4 Self-defeating statements are made all the time in our postmodern culture, and you’ll learn how to detect them and refute them. These statements fail to meet their own standard, and thus they are nonsense.
