Repeat after me: “I will only eat as much food as I need, I need less food to feel full, I am eating only healthy food, smoothies, and juices, I am developing more self-control and better eating habits, I am drinking more water instead of soda” - Breathing each word in deeply for three seconds until they fully permeate every part of your subconscious and releasing any remaining doubts or concerns with each exhale.
