#1 I crash through the screen door of the fourplex, holding a two-by-four above my head. I am not being followed, so I cry and laugh and scream. I park the car outside the police station and pound on the glass separating me from the two female dispatchers.

#2 When I was brought to the hospital, The Detective led me through a set of automatic sliding glass doors that were not the main ones that led to the emergency room, but another set, down the way a bit.

#3 I was taken to a hospital after the exam, and the police took me to a cell phone store to buy a cell phone. My parents wanted to do something, take action, but I was dizzy enough to fall.

#4 I meet my sister, who gives me a hug and shows me how to use the cable remote. I watch the gate of her apartment complex, waiting for cars to drive through. I don’t know what I’m watching for, but I keep watching.
