To Know This Love: Discovering Our Union with God in Christ

One of the New Testament’s most profound and theologically robust prayers is written by a transformed Paul in Ephesians 3:14–21. Drawing from the teaching of Jesus, the apostle asks the Father to endow the saints with power for two essential things: 1) to embrace by faith that Christ dwells within us (v. 17), and 2) to know this love—the love of Christ—that surpasses all knowledge (vv. 18–19).
